Destined to be Pregnant!

I believe that pregnancy is such a beautiful adventure. I look at all of the pictures that people take at every stage of their pregnancy and it makes me ask the question, what if God allowed us to see our spiritual pregnancy? How would we act and would we take care of the baby that we are carrying?

People go through different extremes to get pregnant, let alone carry a baby. How is God preparing you to carry the destiny that he has called you to fulfill? Many people have to lose weight, you might have to lose some friends. Is your baby worth the loss? Other people don’t even want to get pregnant because they don’t want to lose their shape. They care what the world thinks about them and they are comfortable with their current circumstance. Then you have people who want a baby so badly that they try to adopt the destiny that God has placed into another individual’s womb. News Flash, God has enabled each and every one of us to be able to endure a spiritual pregnancy, you just need to be willing to go through the process.

Pregnancy is a process. You crave things, you have doctors’ visits and you have beautiful ultrasound pictures to help increase your excitement about what is about to be birthed into your life. In the presence of God, we go through the same process except for the fact that you will need to become full of his word, do spiritual checkups and consult him on the dreams and visions that he has given you.

Do not abort your baby. Don’t allow the enemy to kick you in the stomach in an attempt to make you feel as if the process of having a destiny isn’t worth it. Although it may be hard now, you will look at the beautiful baby that God is using you to push into the world and you will smile. The pain won’t be as intense as it was when you were carrying and your gift will show the world the glory of God.

You are a vessel child of God. He wants to use you to do something wonderful. Stop being afraid, ignoring and giving up on the ideas and dreams that He is planting on the inside of your belly. Instead of asking God about a plan B, how about just carry the baby that he has both given and is in the process of giving YOU. You are equipped to handle this challenge. If you were not, God wouldn’t have assigned it to you. Nurture the blessings, gifts, and talents that he has placed on the inside of you. Do not take your lot in life lightly. Learn all you can in the place that God has put you.

Take care of your babies children of God, other people’s destinies depend on it.

God I pray for your people. I pray that they know who they are and that they take the charge that you have given them. Lord, I pray that they do not take the talents and gifts that you have placed on the inside of them lightly. I pray that they endure the spiritual pregnancy process and that they listen more than ever to you. I pray that you direct them in the way that they must go and I pray that they are encouraged. Amen.

Why Are You Here?

During an encounter that I had with a young person recently, I told them that things were difficult for them because there were some things that they would need to do that had never been done before. The analogy that I used to help this person understand what I was saying to them was that of a wilderness full of trees. I told this young person that they would be the first one to cut down the trees in that wilderness to create a smooth path for those coming behind them. The same is true for many of us. There are large trees that we must cut down so that those coming behind us won’t have to fight as hard as we are fighting, and they will not stumble because we are destroying everything at the root that is attempting to block us. The task of doing this may seem difficult but the testimony is worth it. You have to be able to identify the things that have hindered individuals in your lineage, know what the signs of those things are in your own life, and then eliminate it. ...

Preparation in Waiting

One thing that I have learned about God over the years is that his plan for my life is so much greater than my own. I have also learned that his vision can be more than I can bear at times because I have a tendency to try to make the parts that he has revealed to me come to pass on my own. People have a tendency of telling me that I am nice. Some people say that I am too nice and other people attempt to take advantage of my niceness and mistake it for weakness. The truth is that I am really not that that great, I just get convicted. I cannot treat people any way that I want to and receive the things that God has for me. HOPE

I believe that God sends us prophecies to offer us hope. I received my first prophecies around the age of 16. I was pretty aware of how God used his people to speak into the lives of others, but I would always hide at church when God started talking. I used to be afraid of people who had that gift because I was scared that they would know what I was thinking. Many times, although our thoughts are uncomfortable, when God lets you know that HE SEES YOU, there is a comfort in that. Wow, God sees me. I don’t remember who or what the first words were that God used someone to speak to me, but there are still so many words that He has released to me that offer me hope. Waiting for the Promise vs. Moving in Impatience

“Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed, and said in his heart, “Shall a child be born to a man who is one hundred years old?
